Mar 31, 2017 11:41 AM

There are as many as seven clubs that are believed to have interest in signing James Rodriguez from Real Madrid this summer.

Liverpool, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain.

Liverpool are considered the team with the strongest degree of interest in James.

PSG made a push to sign James last summer but they are unlikely to do so again now that they signed Julian Draxler.

Chelsea figures to get into the bidding if Real Madrid buys Eden Hazard from them.

Jose Mourinho: United Buying Neymar 'Impossible'

Mar 31, 2017 11:33 AM

Jose Mourinho has dismissed a transfer for Neymar as absurd.

Neymar has been linked in the media to a transfer from Barcelona to Manchester United.

Neymar signed an improved contract with Barcelona in October that raised his buyout clause to €200 million in Year 1 before escalating.

"It's speculation. I always try to be objective and pragmatic with clubs and to ask them what they can give me. To ask for Neymar is absurd," Mourinho said.

"A club like Barcelona can not and will not lose Neymar. Although Messi is still a young player with years ahead of him, he's almost 30, and Neymar will be the great player of Barcelona post-Messi. So much that I think it [trying to sign Neymar] is like trying to break into a safe, impossible."

And when I go out, there is no complaints, that’s what I do. I never leave a job unfinished.

“Let’s see what happens, we are talking. I have an option for another year, I want to do great as long as I’m here, so let us see, there is a lot of time.”

Mbappe has become one of Europe's top young transfer targets.

"We know that sooner or later he'll go to a club like Real Madrid, Barcelona, or another club of that calibre," Fabinho told Chuteira F.C. "But until then we're going to enjoy him at Monaco.

"Mbappe's tremendous. For an 18-year-old, he has such maturity both on and off the pitch. He's playing a decisive role and scoring lots of goals."

Mesut Ozil Remains 'Very Happy' With Arsenal

Mar 27, 2017 1:04 PM

Mesut Ozil has said he is still "very happy" at Arsenal but "something is not working with the team" at the moment.

Ozil's contract talks with Arsenal are on hold until the summer.

"The fact is I've still got a contract in London," Ozil said in quotes reported by the Mirror. "To speculate now would be wrong. At the end of the season we will see, there will be talks. I'm very happy at Arsenal and in London."

Arsenal are only sixth in the Premier League after losing four of their last five matches, and were knocked out of the Champions League 10-2 on aggregate by Bayern Munich.

"We are having a difficult phase. Somehow something is not working with the team," Ozil said. "We are letting in a lot of goals. Maybe it's down to self-belief. When I look at the quality of Arsenal though I'm convinced we will get on a run again soon."
